Ken was great. Installed 2 ceiling fans, 4 ring cameras, smart thermostat, and wall mounted 2 tv’s. Excellent service and quick work.

Ken was the first to reach out and did an absolutely amazing job painting the ceiling. We just put in new carpets and Ken completed the project perfectly. 10/10 would hire Ken again.

He didn't do any of the projects in the attic and refused to do any work and he charged me 25 dollars for no reason.

"I had Ken come out to see what all I wanted done. He told me I can do all that you have asked me to do, your whole first floor including all supplies for 4,100.00 . I received the proposal that evening. I accepted the proposal. Ken replied that he would be here Thursday 10/31 morning to get started. Ken started in my master bathroom, with the ceiling, then wanted to move into the master closet. He got started in the closet and the around 11 he asked me to make him lunch. When he finished eating he went back to painting. I would see him the next day. When he showed up on Friday morning he went back to painting in the closet, while he waited for the closet to dry, he got started edging in the master bedroom. Ken spilled a can of paint on the carpet in the master bedroom, he tried cleaning it up with water, leaving a huge wet spot which took 2 days to dry and is now a crunchy mess. When he arrived Saturday morning he painted the closet for the third coat and then moved into the master bedroom painting. One of the things that was in the proposal was that he would repair drywall digs or dings, with spackle and the sanded until gone. We didn t notice any problems with dry wall repair in the closet, however after he was finished with the master bedroom walls we did see where the repairs were not satisfactory and or there were paint runs where he didn t get the painted over when he rolled. Ken continued to work, however the quality of the work got worse. There was paint splattered all over things, my piano, the floors, he rinsed rags full of paint in my sinks and left painty water all over my counter tops. I asked Ken to please remove the plate covers from the walls because we were not happy with the brush marks. He then told me that a generous lady would give him 20.00 for the extra work. After Ken left is when I noticed the mess, I cleaned up after him on Tuesday and Wednesday getting in my hands and knees scraping paint off my wood floors. Cleaning bathroom counters tops and sweeping up sanding messes from all the spots he attempted to fix. When I asked him about the spots and why I could still see them in places he told me that he is 63, and can t see that well. When my daughter came home from work on Wednesday I had been on my knees scraping paint for more than an hour. We talked about not having Ken come back on Thursday, we decided we would allow him to come back mainly because my husband is being released from the hospital and the family room is where he will be staying as he is confined to a hospital bed. > When my daughter came in from work on Thursday evening, she could see how upset I was over the day with Ken, the house was a mess with paint everywhere, the hinge mess still on the floor, lots of drywall digs/marks still on the walls that had just been painted over. My daughter and son in law talked and this is their house, they decided that would rather Ken not come back since he was not doing the things he said he would do in the proposal. When my son in law called him to let him know we didn t want him to come back he became very rude told my son in law that no one screws him out of his money and that he was coming here to show my son in law that no one screws him over, that he was coming to get his stuff and that he wanted to meet up with my son in law. He used the f word several times. My son in law told him that his things would be on the drive way. He called my phone 2 times and left voicemails which I have pictures of along with several pictures of messes, drywall repairs, paint runs. I know this is a lot, but I appreciate you taking the time to read and help me with all of this."

Ken responded quickly with a call. Set up an appt right away at my convenience. Demonstrated knowledge of exactly what I wanted done. Friendly, courteous, respectful. Quality of work was excellent. Highly recommend him.
