Greenwood Waterproofing and Masonry

I paid them a lot of money to waterproof my basement and after they said they were done water was pouring into the basement through holes they drilled for the epoxy. They said it would stop in a week or two ... It did not and I also have water leaking in other areas they said they would address. I called them and they said they would come back and fix it but never showed up. They stopped answering my calls. I had to hire someone else to finish this project. This has been the worst experience with any company I have ever worked with. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

We were very happy with the service provided to repair a crack in our foundation. We had quotes from 4 local businesses and chose Greenwood to do the job. Happy with the team , Jeff was very professional and on time for the day of the repairs. Overall good experience.

To put this review into perspective, I have never written a review for a company in the past. Greenwoodâ s did an AMAZING job installing a waterproofing system in our basement. Jeff, the owner, was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. The workers that came to do the job were respectful, clean, and very hard workers. The job was performed flawlessly and communication was excellent whenever I had a question. To put the cherry on top they did the job for what I considered to be a very reasonable price. Go with these guys. You wonâ t regret it.

Fantastic company very organised and professional and a special thanks to ted he went above and beyond what was asked of him and is a very polite young man.

I would like to recommend Gordonâ s. These guys were absolutely fantastic in every way. Jeff was very outgoing and bubbly. Nice to be around and Sean was very straightforward and professional more of a boss character. They repaired foundation, leaks in my property and sealed it all off. No problem since they have carried the work out, thank you again so much Jeff and Sean

Because of their extensive expertise and experience, I was able to have complete faith that I was receiving the very finest care. The crew from Greenwoodâ s Waterproofing accomplished all of the considerable work that was required in our basement in a manner that was both professional and timely. Would highly recommend to all .
