He was pleasant and he identified the problem quickly. He then proceeded to replace switch. He did not have the right color which I knew ahead of time but damaged the new switch while installing it. It did not align correctly so he used the tip of the screwdriver to force the switch into position. When he did this it broke the plastic on new switch. It still works but now has a visible break in it) When I asked him about it he seemed to think I did not notice and gave me a poor excuse. For 100 dollars I would think he would be a bit more careful!

"I did not know that it was a bad switch when i spoke w/ him he said there were 2 outlets malfunctioning so i was unprepared to change the switch w/ the right color. I knew the switch was not aligned correctly and used the standard way to fix it it. I was never aware that the switch was vivsibly broken and would have been glad to replace it at no charge for switch or time if i had been notified."
