My general contractor, Guillermo ?Memo? Durantes of GDR Services LLC out of Breckenridge, has ghosted me multiple times over the past 10.5 months for what was quoted as a 6-8 week master bathroom full remodel in Keystone. Unfortunately, I?ve been battling health issues this past year and didn?t have the energy or urgency to change contractors. I need to get the job completed for the upcoming rental season. I am now stuck looking for a contractor capable of 1-2 weeks of work VANITY AND SINKS (new cabinets, water valves, and drains in place) 1. custom quartz-like vanity top and 6? back splash on 3 sides (source and install) 2. 3/8? shower glass (two side including door) (source and install) 3. electrical work to move 1 outlet and add 2 opening for fixtures above mirrors 4. Install toilet back 5. Source and install under mount sinks 6. Install purchased faucets and plug to existing lines and drain 7. Install shower and bath purchased fixture plates and finishing ?stubs? for

GDR Construction provided detailed estimates and made necessary changes to the estimate as my objectives changed. Arrival to pre-construction meetings and each work day thereafter was prompt. Additional minor requests were addressed without contract re-negotiation. Workers conducted themselves professionally at all times. Though somewhat pricey, I would definitely recommend and use GDR for future projects.

I hired GDR to turn a square-shaped reach-in closet to a rectangular-shaped walk-in closet. GDR provided a thorough estimate that outlined every element of the job - from the wall demolition to the framing of the new wall to the carpet and door replacement. The job took four days to complete and the new walk in closet is double the original closet size. The GDR team was diligent about protecting the floors and covering appliances with plastic to minimize dust residue. The price was a bit higher than competitors, but no complaints. The team is very professional and I would work with them again. The project was very well done.

We contracted with GDR Const. to do a major rehab to our 2-flat home that was in a fire. The building was totally gutted, entire roof replaced, 2 new kitchens, 2 new baths (incl. new tubs, vanities, floor tile, etc.), new drywall thru-out, new hrdwd floors & carpeting, new plumb. and elec. thru-out and much more. Greg not only did everything as promised within our contract, but he and his team totally exceeded our expectations. The work was extremely professional & we were given a high-quality look on a tight budget, and it was done to our satisfaction in a timely fashion. We would definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone!

Our experience was a win win situation. We got tremendous service, ideas and a beautiful finished product.GDR gave us splendid service. When things didn't pan out not their fault but the fault of suppliers they helped to remedy the situation. They even helped to redesign the kitchen when the design that the professional designer had done was goofed up. They were prompt every day. We gave them a chance because they were a small company and they proved themselves. The owner has even stayed to make sure that things were completed when deliveries were late. Overall rating excellent.

I highly recommend Greg's Decorating and Remodeling Services. The work done was top-notch, done in a timely and extremely professional manner. I had several rooms of a 2 bedroom condominium painted and am delighted with the outcome I do plan to have my kitchen redone sometime in the future; the question is not if I will re-hire Greg's Decorating and Remodeling service, but when.

We hired Greg to strip one of our doors. It had about 10 layers of paint on it, and he did a great job. He was honest about the work, and didn't go over budget. We plan on using him to stip the remainder of our doors.

His estimates were expediently presented and professionally organized; the work was estimated correctly, both in terms of time and budget. Greg, the owner, oversaw all work being done, making sure to check in regularly on progress and maintain open lines of communication . The work completed--both the remodeling and painting--was exceptional. We know that his work has increased the value of our home. In terms of recommendations, we've already recommended Greg's Decorating & Remodeling to a number of friends and have encouraged Greg to use us as a recommendation for prospective clients. In addition, we have contracted to use his company again to do additional work in our home. We will continue to use Greg for all of our remodeling and interior painting needs on our current home and our future residences.
