Do not hire Greg, he hires low quality, we had several mistakes they made that could be extremely expensive to fix, after multiples issues and bridges with the contact, we terminated the contact, he has not mend us for damages.

His designs are apart from others.

Greg had a very economical solution to every challenge I presented him with and his crew took ownership of getting the job done in a timely and professional way. Where I was unsure of the next step to take. Both Greg and his construction foreman were helpful in recommending design ideas and material selection and in implementing a reseult I am happy with.

He did an excellent job on a complete remodel would recommend him. A+++ rating.

Greg's crew did an excellent job! They were professional and knowledgeable. My one must have was to have job done right, which I got. They did all the little things that needed to be done without me saying anything. My house looks great. I also had the exterior of my home painted as well.

It was a pleasure to work with the contractor and the whole staff that did the work. Very detailed and helpful from the beginning in putting together plans and throughout the project with changes that we requested. Would recommend very highly. The project was held back due to a death in the family at the very beginning and they were very understanding with the family during that difficult process. The final project turned out beautiful way beyond our expectation.

I contracted with Greg Kearns Builder to have my house painted in November 2014 and gave a sizable down payment. I was promised that they would paint in early spring (March or April sure). After much expediting, they began in late May. After 3 weeks, they have only been on site for 4 partial days (Some were less than 3 hours). The house is only ~20% painted as of June 13. I was told that painters would be here today but, again, nobody has shown up. The last time that I ask for a definitive schedule for the painting, they sent one guy over for a few hours who accomplished very little. I am extremely disappointed in Greg Kearns Builder. After all this time, I cannot give you an opinion on the quality of their work because there is not enough completed. They still will not provide me with a definite schedule and I am very disappointed with the quality of the painters that he has doing the painting. Update: as of June 30, they are still not finished and Kearns will not give me a completion date. I have been very accommodating but Kearns continues to put my job on the back burner. He always has an excuse. I need him to complete our contract with quality work but, as of today, I have no commitment of when they will complete the project.

Greg is very personable person and felt very comfortable with him from the start. The crew was excellent and knew what they were doing. The final project results were great! Very pleased!

We only had repairs done and they were very slow to get to the work and were slow to respond to emails and calls. The work that was done was rushed and it showed. I frist emailed him on April 21st and the work was completed in July.

We just really hit it off, you know? He seemed like a normal person, understood our neighborhood, the look we would want in building this addition and he gave us a realistic price range and explained fully how the quality of the stuff we chose would impact the price. I felt safe talking to him. No pressure, no hard sell. We have not been able to move forward with our project yet, but when we do, Greg will be the man we hire.

Great work at a fair price. We would use them again without reservation.

He brings a wealth of design capabilities to the table. He is very knowledgeable about his trade, meticulous about detail and does exceptionally fine work. I'd have no reservations about recommending him to anyone.
