Greg is an absolute top notch guy and contractor. His work was all extremely well done. He built my airbnb from the ground up, handled the county, And made the whole project seemless. He built it faster and for way less money than any other contractor I interviewed. He also. Stuck to his bid! He just really cares about people.

Out of the long list of companies here on Home Advisor Greg was the only person who answered my call. All others hid from the heat and refused the job. Greg was the most professional out of the bunch and he had no problem helping me get the framing I needed done in my attic. He was willing to go up there in the blistering heat of the Palm Springs Summer when no one else would and he was more than happy to accomodate. His work was professional and beautifully done. He and his worker had masks on and were safe and clean. I can say that I am confident that any jobs that come up in the future I will look no further than Greg Patterson Construction.

Greg is INCREDIBLE!!! He did a FABULOUS job BOTH times I hired him. He installed a huge reclaimed wood barn door on track system inside my home and it looks beautiful! Greg came out again when I needed a new front door replacement. He did another TERRIFIC job in removing the old front entry door and replacing it with my gorgeous new front entry door. His workmanship is impeccable, and he is prompt, courteous and has a great personality. I highly recommend Greg for all construction needs, he is exemplary in every facet of his profession. Greg is very reasonable with his quotes and estimates. I am very pleased to have found him for my construction needs. Thank YOU Greg!

Greg was fantastic. I had a very unique and rather tricky project involving the restoration of a roof line that had been obscured by my foam roof company. Greg was able to engineer a feasible way to do the restoration, and he provided me with a very reasonable quote -- which was indeed the final total cost. What is so great about Greg is that he is extremely communicative, and he always stayed in touch to keep me informed as to the status of the project. He is professional, on time, a nice guy, and he takes pride in his work. I am very pleased with the great-looking restoration that Greg was able to do on my roof, and I will hire him again in an instant if/when I need another construction project. Thanks, Greg!

We hired Greg to take out a large bedroom window and replace it with a french door. The job turned out beautiful! We were so pleased with Greg's professionalism & quality of work that we have since hired him for countless other home improvement projects. These include designing, building, & installing privacy (metal/wood) gates to secure our RV pad & installing a new vanity/sink in our guest bathroom. We have also referred our friends and colleagues to Greg and each has come back to thank us. You can't go wrong with this contractor, we highly recommend him.
