I have experienced floor tiles that were not installed correctly. loose and coming up in several rooms. Hot water lines are hooked up to the toilets. He now has water damage to unfinished jobs because he failed to tighten the clamps on the pipes and seal the area up so as not to expose the job. Damage caused to a house was not reported but noticed. His minor children came into the house to finish their assigned jobs. His minor children take their shop class while you pay huge amounts of cash for his expertise. It has been a year and we are still experiencing his work quality. What is my advice? Let him do the job the way he wants and at his exorbitant prices. Then all will be well. His older son is his only quality. Ross is a pastor who preaches that the love of money is a sin but asks to be paid every week even when the agreement says when the job is done. How do you manage to sleep at night? He also does not believe in taking suggestions from women. We are obviously from the lower class. Deceitful and revengeful.

Nothing a positive experience. Work completed on schedule and quality of work was top notch. Found Ross to be honest , dependable and very professional. Highly recommend him for any project.

Ross screened in a patio for a log home that was below a 47" deck and installed an under deck drainage system. The work quality was excellent and we have received many compliments... some from wood workers themselves. Showed up on time and worked a full day. Will definitely use their services again.

His work is tops, price is great, he is honest and does as he promises. He always kept the job site cleaned up. He is also very pleasant to have around and is a hard worker. He seems to very much enjoy what he does.

We had our kitchen moldings done and they came out perfect in an old farmhouse that was not exactly square. He added a porch on the outside and proper permits were obtained and the job passed inspection. He also did the flashing around my stone chimney that came out looking great and with no leaks. Ross is very versatile in terms of work he is qualified to do and we are very satisfied with our entire experience with the business and highly recommend them to others.

started and finished as agreed to. no hidden charges. cleaned up after job was completed. very pleased with what we had done, was even better than we had hoped for. will be calling Rob again soon.

Very reliable, always worked when expected and was given regular updates on progress throughout all jobs. Very honest, no surprise charges and always checked with me before if additional items or material were required for work to be done. Very hardworking, early starts, steady and constant and worked even at -20 degrees, and never had any complaints throughout all work. Quality work!! Pays attention to details. Very sound, solid and precise construction and design of large front porch, and large finished mud-room connecting new house with 7/12 pitch roof to new garage with 12/12 pitch roof, with a 32" difference in entry way height and looks fantastic! Other quality work included trim and finish work on interior of new pre-fab home, siding on home and mud-room, outside entry steps with landing, and shelving & clothes rack system in full attic. Would use again and highly recommend to friends and family.
