They were wonderful, He explained what I needed but did not push anything on me. I have COPD and we were changing our air filters twice a month, and he suggested we put in ultra violet lights, and what they do is stop the mold and the bacteria. It's like an air purification. That's what it takes care of. Like I said he came out and diagnosed it for me and gave me a reasonable price. He comes out every 6 months and does air duct treatments, and is very knowledgeable.
