Mr. Zieba visited my home immediately after contacting him for an appraisal. He also cashed my check immediately. The delivery of the report, however, took several weeks after many calls and texts begging for the report. (The report was promised in a week.)

"Without knowing what the issue is, we cannot respond. You received the appraisal. I cannot be biased in the valuation in any way. An appraisal is to be an unbiased, well-supported estimate of the property's market value. I can not legally or ethically provide an appraisal that favors a particular interest."

I hired Zieba from HomeAdvisor. He came at appt. time got info, my check and left. It has been one month, I haven't heard from him and assume that this is a scam. His phone # is not in service. This was my first time to go through Home Adviser and WILL NOT USE HOME ADVISER AGAIN

I hired Greg to appraise my house. He visited my home on July 20, 2018 and said I would have the report in 7 days. Seven days came and went. He asked for a week extension, which I approved. It has been four weeks and I still do not have a report. He is no longer responding to my emails. I asked for the report or a refund of monies paid. He has had no contact with me in 10 days. Today is August 22, 2018.
