Gregory Painting Company

Spilled their cola drinks on our unsealed fireplace and tile floor, unable to remove stain. Told them not to bring soda in the house but continued, and did more damage. I pointed out and marked with blue tape areas unpainted or damaged in house by painters. They never painted or repaired the areas marked. Told they three times but they failed to paint attic drywall cover, Never Painted. Pulled off masking tape and left large area unpainted. Offered to return to the house to do four hours of touch up, but claimed I destroyed two of their 30 dollar paint brushes so no return for touchup. I didn�t use their brushes but the General contractors. They were more interested in getting paid on the last day than they were in finishing the job. The Job was not finished. Paid for two coats of paint but some streaks showing one coat or the unpainted drywall. I wrote a 1800 word negative review of the poor quality of workmen ship damage to the house but I�m limited to on 650 words here. I gave them one star since they did paint the house and Negative star is not available. This is wrecking crew with cola drinks and paint brushes in hand

I hired Gregory to paint a room that was badly stained. Also, there were many shelf brackets and shelf backs which added to the difficulty of the job. In addition, I wanted a bright off-white color. Gregory Painting scheduled the job one week after my initial contact with them. The job involved using a stain blocking alkyd undercoat and a white latex top coat. The result exceeded my expectations. The painters arrived on time, took precautions to prevent fumes from spreading throughout the house. They did a perfect painting job with excellent results. When they left there was no mess and no paint splatters to clean up.

The job was completed in a timely manner and was done to my satisfaction. The painters were careful to clean up after themselves. I was very pleased with the job that was done for me.

Very friendly, up front about project and time line, great job with attention to details that is amazing. They take pride in there work and it shows. Had outside completely restained and they did a wonderful job.

Very nice to talk to. Explained my options on type of stain to use on my fence. He had the best price. Quality of work was very good. He showed up when he said he would. When project had to be delayed due to weather, he called to tell me that. I am very pleased and would use this company again.

We were extremely pleased with the work done by Gregory Painting. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

Very flexible with our schedule and helpfull with selecting the perfect colors. The customer service was good until the end. Painters scratched hardwood floor and tracked paint on new carpet. Some areas on the walls were not spackled/sanded properly prior to painting and left noticable flaws. Project manager listened to our requests and promised results, but 50% were left unresolved. I had to deploy and could not follow up.

I hired Gregory Painting to paint the entire interior of my home, and I was very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of Gregory Painting. Their attention to detail is superb. An added bonus, Doug Gregory and his associate Solomon were very polite. Compared to other bids, they were a little pricey, but they certainly proved to be worth the money.

They did a good job painting my foundation. Will consider them for future work

Called the day of the project to ask if could come the following day instead. My schedule is flexible, so I said OK. Got everything done by mid-afternoon. Cleaned up pretty well. Friendly. Not the cheapest of the 3 quotes, but I am satisfied with the job.

Gregory Painting did a very nice job on our home (walls & ceiling). These guys know their trade.

Overall the job was done well. There were areas of the house that one painter did not do as great of a job. They were easy to work with and a little expensive.

Project was both Interior rooms and exterior trim. Good communication in general, professional response, clear price quote, not the very cheapest price, but close. Interior work was great, not a problem with any of it. They went the extra mile to color match. Exterior work was ok, though part of that was our request on the quality we were looking for (not 15 year lasting, just a couple), and the poor jobs done previously that they had to work around. Worked with us to redo a section that wasn't up to our needs. Overall, good job, we'd probably use them again, much better than we have used previously in quality.

Gregory Painting was very professional and clean. They did a good job. My only complaint would be that the job took longer than expected. This was inconvenient. Once it was done though, we were satisfied.

We've been doing a lot of work on our home & have thus far dealt with a lot of different service people - Gregory Painting, by far, has been the most pleasant to work with. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat! Not just their pleasant demeanor, but also the quality of work they do is impeccable - they pay attention to detail - they completed the job faster than I expected - & they cleaned up after they were done so that we could enjoy our lovely, newly painted rooms! They definitely go above & beyond what you expect - its nice for someone to EXCEED your expectations!

Wow! They did a fabulous job painting the entire interior of my historic home, with its extensive molding and 14+ ceilings. Not a smudge of paint on the 123 year old wood work and smoothed walls to perfection. Would recommend to anyone. Might not be the lowest bid, but worth the extra $$!!!
