Bathroom - Remodel
Did a good job replacing our old shingles. Even replaced 2 sheets of plywood at their expense to meet their quality standards. Second job was replacing soffits and siding. Good job here too except they left the old material under my deck along with the empty soffit box. So closing out the job site, not so good. I had follow on jobs remodeling bathrooms, kitchen, deck repair, and a lot of door replacements, etc. But the company went dark failing to answer phone calls or text messages. In my 30 years as a procurement professional I had contractors do this because they did something unsafe/illegal, or were going broke.
