Tim Gregory at Gregory’s Outdoors was absolutely wonderful. Our new fence is perfect (flawless). Tim did everything right on time(no delays) and they did everything just right. After fence complete they laid saint augustine sod in my complete back yard and they prepared the ground before laying sod. I give Gregory Outdoors five star approval. Everything was beyond our expectations

When I was unsure about the understanding of the project, he came back and made my concerns go away. He also worked well with my neighbor as it was partially a joint project. Following a recent storm, my neighbor and I discovered that our fence posts were snapped like toothpicks. After searching around and being inundated with calls from other fence companies that had no real interest in assessing the job in person, I found Gregory's Custom Fence & Outdoor. They stood out by actually coming out to look at the damage. Communication was easy, their service was fast and friendly, and they completed the repair quickly and efficiently. We needed to get our fence put up as soon as possible because the old one was literally falling down. They committed a date and followed through. They did an excellent job on the fence and left no mess behind. And as a bonus to our neighbors fence that had a missing plank they put an old one up that matched theirs and fixed it. I had quite a few different fence companies come out to take a look and give me estimates; they were all fairly professional and collaborative, but Illuminart was the most transparent and straightforward of the bunch, along with being extremely friendly and prompt when it came time to get the project going. The quality of the work is superb, and I even added an extra gate and they were able to take care of it SAME DAY. My neighbors are looking to hire them for their own projects now, which is as high of an endorsement as I can give. AA++, absolutely recommend giving them a call for your own needs.

This whole crew is amazing. I had an emergency need for an entire new fence and Tim provided several options to choose from, had all work done within a day, and even came back and fixed a mistake that I made. I highly recommend this crew.
