Greg had previously did work on my old house, I made the grivas mistake of telling him I had some memory issues, due to TBI. When I moved into the condo last year and he told me what I owed. He raised his rate by 10.00 hour and up charge me for materials by 80% and would not give receipt and he charged me for time eating his lunch-25.00 and when offered to bring him back form starbucks and it was one of the most expensive drinks and never offered to pay for it. The irony is I was unemployed and he new it and he told me he always charged 50.00 and hour as a hany man. He lied bout that as I always record expenses in exeel work book and was 40.00 hour. He knew I knew at that point as that was made obvious when he would not return for an expensive tool. He took advantage of a single women and disabled and unemployed and a Senior citizen. If any of this applies to you, you are his type,

Greg is amazing for so many reasons! First, he sticks to his not-to-exceed. Second, he's communicative and punctual (and by punctual, I mean he's at your house within 10 minutes of his estimate -- not 2-3 hours later). Third, he's very easy-going and great to work with. Fourth, and most importantly, his work is top-notch! He's a keeper!

Greg was awesome. I was in a rush to get some plumbing, insulation, drywall, and paint work done and he got it all wrapped up in time. Even with a huge snowstorm and Thanksgiving he still got my project finished in time.

Greg showed up! I've had problems with contractors not showing up. But more than that, he was punctual, prepared and worked hard while at my house. He kept things clean between days while working at my house. His workmanship is outstanding. I am a single female with a big house! I highly recommend him and will continue to use his services for as long as he is working.

We had a very small job, but Greg came promptly, and efficiently fixed our sliding door. Since he a a little extra time we told him about needing an additional electrical outlet. He carefully considered our options, got the needed materials and completed the job. He cleaned up the work area nicely also. We'll definitely call him again.

Greg transformed our kitchen old fluorescent lighting into a trimmed trey ceiling with decorative ceiling tiles and LED can lights. We loved the result! He also moved the attic access in the process since it was located in the kitchen ceiling hidden by the plastic covers for the fluorescent lighting. He is on time, careful, meticulous, trustworthy, and cleans up completely before he is done for the day. We already have him scheduled for more updating projects. Would highly recommend.

Greg worked on a partial remodel of my basement and did a beautiful job. I'm so happy with the result and would hire him again in a heartbeat. As with all remodels, there were hitches along the way and Greg dealt with each one with calm and intelligence and the drive to get it done and make me happy. He did such a great job that my son & DIL have contracted with him to do some work, also. I would not hesitate to hire him again for any future work.
