I called them about a one time cleaning,they cleaned exceptionally well! They cleaned the trim,walls,and baseboards! They did an amazing job!!! Will definitely book with them from now on. You get what you pay for plus more! Clean clean clean

They scheduled an appointment for 7:30 AM on a Monday to repair my clothes washer. When they did not show up, I called them at 8:30 AM. The person who answered sounded like he had just waked up. He informed me that Gremillion home repair does not repair clothes washers.

"Hi Ms. Betty, We appreciate your feedback. We installed a smoke detector that you purchased. You called 1 day later saying that the smoke alarm was chirping and possibly needed a new battery. We called you back immediately as we were happy to help and you said that some one had already replaced the battery. We installed the smoke detector correctly and followed up and you give us a half star rating, we understand you are just frustrated we all have had these type of days. If I was to hear chirping from a smoke detector, I might rate a half of star too. We would like to make it right! Let?s discuss this further."

"Hi Ms. Troylynn. I am sorry you are dissatisfied with our service. We had come to an agreement that we would provide a light cleaning for a set price. When we arrived on the location the place required much more work than anticipated, and this did not bother us, as we were happy to help. However, once the job was finished we updated you that we to provide more labor than what was previously agreed upon and showed you pictures as proof. We had to do a deep cleaning that required hours of work. You decided not to pay us at all for our hard work. We are sorry you feel this way because customer satisfaction means so much to us at Gremillions Home."

Prices are fair and reasonable. Cleared tree branches up from area and neatly stack for pick up. He also did a fantastic job of cleaning leaves and debris from my roof!

As a business owner, I feel Josh is very reliable and I know we are getting way more than what we are paying him for! We are a property management company and Josh works on all of our properties for us! He has excellent communication with his clients and is always willing to work with your budget!
