I had Gremlin install our home theater system in December before we moved into our house. Josh Camizzi, the owner, way underestimated the project in terms of cost and time. He had a crew of three people working and when he left the job site they stopped working. This made the project take several more days than expected. This crew drilled holes in my walls that had no purpose. They did not patch the walls. They placed the wall speakers in awkward places and used blue cable when we had agreed upon white cable to keep the look of the installation discreet. In addition, a consistent problem since the beginning is that every couple of minutes the TV picture goes black for a few seconds. It appears they used a bad HDMI cord. I have called Josh several times over these months to give him every opportunity to fix this problem and he does not return my call. I cannot recommend this company. They should rename themselves to Keystone Cops because that is how they work.

Josh setup a new computer and transferred information from my old computer. It only took a couple of hours and I am very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. I had a couple of questions after Josh left and he was very prompt in returning my phone calls. He is a very easy, pleasant and intuitive person to talk to. His charges were very reasonable. Very pleased with his service.

Some professionals forget that the customer called you for a reason.
