Review update 3/23/26 I changed my rating to a 2 from a 3 after Kevin Gresham tried to have my review deleted from Angie's List by telling them he didn't do any work for me. Gresham quoted more than my budget so we chose to reduce. He said I had to purchase materials including excess materials. And unused could be returned. He ordered incorrect parts. He did a good job on the stud forward panel removal and replacement but ran out of time at the end of the day and did a poor job on adding metal mesh. He did not remove any materials from my property, old scrap or unused. He said he could not return the excess unused 4x8 ft panel because he did not have a trailer he also said and 34;I would burn debris and 34;. This was a lie. I had to remove all the material myself. He said contract exclude cleanup forward/ removal. His contract also excluded removal of the old material from deck which was necessary. I paid him on Zelle which he verified two payments but failed to acknowledge final two payments and send paid invoice.

They were both pleasant and, he got my bar stool set put together in a very timely manner!!!!!I will use their services again in the future!! I am very happy!!!

I can?t say enough good things about this handyman! He was punctual, professional, and did excellent work from start to finish. Everything was completed on time, with great attention to detail, and the results exceeded my expectations. It?s so refreshing to work with someone who shows up when they say they will and delivers quality work. I would absolutely recommend him and will be using his services again.

Kevin with Gresham Construction & Handyman Services did an outstanding job on our deck. It was weathered, worn down, and in need of real attention. Kevin repaired the damaged areas, replaced what needed to be fixed, and then completely refinished the deck so it looks better than it has in years. His workmanship is top-notch, and you can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way, not the fast way. He was professional, on time, and kept everything clean throughout the project. The finish is smooth, even, and looks absolutely beautiful. If you need deck work, repairs, or refinishing done right, I highly recommend Kevin and Gresham Construction & Handyman Services.
