Migel and his team where top notch. I thoroughly enjoyed working with his team and subcontractors. We did a major remodel and he was helpful with ideas and did alot of work that was above and beyond. I can't stress enough that if you have a remodel big or small you should hire migel. Hands down the best I have ever worked with and very reasonably priced. They where at my house working everyday, they stayed on track with the timelime and he kept me informed of status at all times. You can trust them to work in your house if you have to be away because of working or vacations. They are extremely responsible and respectful and I never worried if I was gone during the day or for weeks at a time. Overall I was highly impressed with migel and his team. Miguel and his crew were fantastic all around. They renovated our garage with drywall and insulation, installed a door, and fixed the garage door. It's like new! We had been putting off remodeling our bathrooms for years which, in retrospect, may have been a good thing considering we got to meet Miguel and the crew at Grey Colt. Every aspect of dealing with this project (our first) was good, from initial meeting to final walkthrough. The crew we had were great -- polite and unobtrusive. They were even able to accommodate a couple of non-standard requests. We also got to meet electrical and plumbing contractors that we would feel very comfortable hiring for those specialties. I have other projects in mind down the road and Grey Colt will be the first, and probably only, contractor we will consult. Thanks for a great job, guys!

I hired Grey Colt to remodel my casita for rental. Miguel gave me the most competitive quote for the first phase of the remodel and I liked their work so much that I hired them for the second phase without a second thought. The crew was friendly and professional and kept everything clean, and they were always on time and in budget. They did everything from completely remodeling the kitchen and bathroom to drywalling to some tricky tilework over a very uneven subfloor. It has been a few months since they finished and all the work has held up beautifully. I would like to add that as a young female homeowner I get condescended to a lot- but neither Miguel nor any of his team were ever rude to me, talked down to me, or tried to cheat or overcharge me as so many others have. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and I totally recommend them.
