Good experience. Fixed the issue with my refrigerator.

Our 20 year old GE refrigerator was not cooling the frij side although the freezer fan was blowing and the temp control was on 8 and 9. After watching several YouTube videos and reading some articles I took off the back panel in the freezer and discovered the freezer coils were chock a block with ice which meant that the defrost was not working. Further research told me to pour hot water on the coils to remove the ice build up and plug it back in. When I did the temp control panel did not light up but the lights were on inside. Again, YouTube said it was the mother board in the back that needed replacing and I could have done it myself. Problem was we had a dryer that stopped working and an old GE dishwasher that hadnâ t been working since February so I decided to get it all done by calling Mario who was recommended to me by Automatic Appliance here in Chicago. I called Mario and he said he could be here by the afternoon. He showed up at the time he said he would with his assistant both wearing masks and even asked if he needed to remove his shoes. His deduction after reviewing everything was that it was the mother board which he replaced. He plugged it in and the frij and freezer fan turned on. He then checked the dryer and found the pin/switch in the door had been broken so he replaced that. As far as our dishwasher, we had already researched the quietest one to get which was a Bosch 800 but he said the high end ones you pay extra for bells and whistles. He recommended the best one to get was a 300 or 500 series which weâ ll now order. All in all he came on time, was fast and efficient and not majorly pricey. A good appliance repair person you can really rely on!

Adrian did not know how to fix the GE freezer. He steamed the filter which according to GE should have been replaced. For the drawer, he did not know what parts he needed so when I called him he claimed GE parts were art available. He said there was a big delay. I got the parts myself in one day from the GE website and a GE repairman put them in four days later. Greys or maybe just Adrian is not professional, responsible, or knowledgeable. Just a hack

They did an excellent job. The job was more complicsf d than expected and they were able to complete it so we could have a working dishwasher.

Great pro, scheduled initial appointment for next day, and ordered and got the pay and installed jr the following day. One thing bug to note, you need to cal this pro, it seems like they prefer phone shaking and they don't check home advisor... Overall great experience.

Prompt service and charged as quoted prior to work. There was a chance that there would be further damage due to the nature of the bearings replacement, but he was able to replace without damaging the tub. Very happy about that!
