The job was done well and in a timely fashion. Follow-up calls were handled promptly. All in all, this was a good experience on a major project, and I would recommend this company to others.

After several years, the roof and skylights installed by GIG are working out perfectly. No issues with either. We're delighted with our terrific warranty and even more delighted that we haven't needed to use the warranty!

Worked with Jake first. Gave them another shot to finish my downstairs. Frank came to look at job this time. Good guy. Fair price. Reliable. Responsive. However, we had an install component that needs fixed which I have full faith they will service the issue as soon as COVID is over. Will hire again.

I had my roof replaced 2 years ago by them. It has leaked twice. They did not replace some of the bad wood that should have been replaced. Mold is growing in my attic. They are currently redoing the roof because it was not done properly. They started doing it 3 weeks ago and just never showed up to finish it. Getting ahold of anyone is a nightmare, they do not show up when they say they are. Currently seeking possible civil action against this company for failing to cover warranty, for improperly installing, and mold damage. I do not recommend this company.

There flooring team is terrible, and inconsistent with being on time, they would disappear throughout the day. The quality of work is terrible, and they sub contracted my job out Grid Iron Guys gave this round about story how they work for them but the guy doing the install Tim with Flawless Floors told me how it really was. If you question the crew as to why on issues itâ  s seen as causing tension. Jake told me they would install as they tore out since they were doing the entire first floor, well they had every room torn apart before they decided to button up where they started. Big rush to start the job and then let it set with a house in demo, the installer made executive decisions as I wanted the old flooring torn out and paid for it to get done as well. After addressing that issue with the installer he talked with Jake about giving me a credit, which Jake told me before I wouldnâ  t get one. Iâ  m still waiting for the job to be wrapped up as they have cashed the final payment. If you want to have gaps in your floor and walls then this is the company for you, they caulked a corner in my living room with grey caulk to match the floor instead of adding another piece of flooring. I had to call grid iron guys because the subcontractors left and told us the job was done while they left all the demo material in our garage and only took a car load with them and tried to shove the rest in our trash can. Save yourself the headache of having to stay on top of them and fighting to get things corrected by going with someone else. This job took 3-4 weeks to wrap up, and at that point things were not satisfactory but I wasnâ  t going to keep allowing them to waste my time when they would come fix it. They came out 3 more times after the job was done by their own definition, one trip to get all the materials and trash the previous crew tried to leave behind, the second trip a lot of corrections were done and the final trip was to correct somethings that were attempted and failed on the second trip. The owner came out on the third trip just to look at it all, nothing came of it. We left it at I will not call your company out anymore since some of this is clearly above your capabilities. Biggest take away from talking with the owner was he only cared because I posted a bad review with pictures. He didnâ  t even bother to stay while the crew worked on the third trip to ensure things would get corrected that could. The gap in the floor that would require flooring to be taken back out was just covered up by shimming the moulding away from the wall. This was an error that was in the middle of the install and not near a parallel wall. Quick cheap fixes are what they had in mind. When Jake came out to repair the errors on the second visit he caulked the gap in the floor corner with a matching color of the floor instead of cutting a new piece. Then acted surprised when I showed the owner. Save yourself by selecting a more qualified company they do roofing work well from what everyone told me, their flooring division is terrible. I posted pictures on other review sites check those for the quality they put out.

Watch for and question the *proposal/bid*! Ensure there are no hidden costs associated with your project! Attempt to establish a time line from start to finish and hold them to it! Do not accept excuses for why your project is being delayed unless you have a built in financial penalty for delays!

very professional and cleaned up after. just wish they would hve put our small fishing boat back on the patio instead of leaving it in the middle of the yard.

They did not add the pluming into the estimate and I had to bring in a plumber at the beginning and end of the project at added cost. Detail was missing, did not complete where the ceiling met the wall. Put baseboard back on without caulking. Left garbage behind in the garage.. The painter felt they should have filled in the gap from the tile to the wall.

I hired Gridiron last year 2016 to replace the old siding on the house. I had used them in the past at another house where they had installed a new roof and gutters for us. Jeff came out with various color and price samples and explained the products. These guys did a fantastic job! They were on time and quick, but did not cut corners. The foreman, found some problems when the old siding was removed and remedied them for us. The clean up around the yard was wonderful. We had trouble with the new gutters which had been installed by another company around our new deck and covered deck portion. I called Gridiron again and Jeff came out and showed me what the problem was and explained why water was pouring off the roof onto our new deck and squirting out the ends. They were unable to use the gutters installed by the other company. They installed new gutters all around the covered deck portion, fixed the gutters on the back of the house and ran a downspout off the back deck area. We have never had a problem with roof water pouring on the deck since. I highly recommend this company for siding, roofing and gutters.

The whole process was great. The crew was professional and did a great job. My only complaint was that the dumpster was not picked up until late. The crew called for a pickup so they could run the magnet for nails under it but they never came before they left. Called the office and was told that the dumpster company would do it after it was moved. They did not and I found 3 roofing nails in the driveway. So glad I decided not to pull my truck all the way up my driveway. Other than that I would highly recommend them.

I hired them to install a fan in our attic to prevent mold. They did a great job! The two men that showed up were very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
