Electrical Switches, Outlets & Fixtures - Install or Repair - For Business
We had Gridwise install four recessed lights in our living room and swap out a bunch of old switches for dimmers. Michael did the work and it completely changed the feel of the room. He also helped us pick the right color temperature which I didn't even know was a thing. The whole job took about half a day. Ramsey followed up after to make sure everything was working and we were happy. Nice touch.

We used Gridwise for a 200A panel upgrade and I’m really glad we did. The first thing that stood out was how fast they got us from inquiry to estimate. We did a quick video inspection and they came back with a clear number.
On install day they showed up when they said they would, walked me through what they were doing, and kept the work area surprisingly clean. The finished panel looks sharp — neat labeling and tidy routing. I’m the person who notices messy workmanship and this was not that.
They also handled permits, which saved me a bunch of time. Overall: responsive, organized, and high-quality work.

Electrical Wiring or Panel Upgrade
Our house is from the 70s and still had the original 100-amp panel. Insurance company was giving us a hard time about it and we couldn't add any circuits for a future EV charger. Enrique and Mark upgraded us to a 200-amp panel. They were here most of the day but kept the workspace clean and walked me through everything in the new panel when they finished. PG&E came out a few days later and reconnected us. Whole process was smoother than expected.

Our HVAC company installed a new heat pump but said we needed an electrician for the electrical hookup and a panel upgrade to support it. Stas got us on the schedule within a few days. Enrique did the work - new 40-amp breaker, disconnect box outside, and ran the whip to the unit. He coordinated with the HVAC crew so everything was ready for their startup. No issues at inspection.

Fixed Generator Installation
Had Gridwise install a transfer switch and inlet box for our portable generator. We lose power a few times a year during wind events and got tired of running extension cords everywhere. Michael handled the install and walked us through exactly how to connect and start the generator when the power goes out. He was patient with all my questions. Permit was pulled and inspection passed first try.

Gridwise handled the electrical component of our solar wiring project. Stas explained what was included and what could change depending on what they found in the panel, which I thought was super nice and thoughtful.
On site, Enrique and the crew were calm and methodical. When a small issue popped up, they gave options (with trade-offs) rather than just making us accept the issue. Everything looks clean, and inspection went through without issues. Would def recommend them to friends and fam for any future projects!

Electrical Wiring or Panel Upgrade
Switched from gas to induction as part of a kitchen remodel. Miguel pulled the old gas line cap and ran a new 50-amp circuit for the range. The panel was on the opposite side of the house so it wasn't a trivial run but he kept everything neat through the crawl space. Countertop guys came the next day and everything fit perfectly. Highly recommend if you're making the switch from gas.

Called Gridwise because we bought an older home and the inspector flagged a bunch of stuff - ungrounded outlets, missing smoke detectors, no CO detectors near the bedrooms. Michael knocked it all out in one visit and also installed a whole-house surge protector at the panel which I didn't even know existed. Feeling a lot better about the safety situation now. Fair price too.

We hired Gridwise to prep for backup power (subpanel planning + some upgrades). I?m usually skeptical because this topic can turn into a sales pitch fast. It didn?t. Stas was direct about what mattered now vs later, and what choices would actually change cost. The estimate process was simple (video inspection worked fine). Enrique showed up ready to go, knocked it out efficiently, and the install looks clean. The labeling is neat, and the final walk-through was in plain English?not ?electrician speak.? Nothing dramatic happened, which is honestly the best compliment I can give a contractor.

Just got a hot tub delivered and needed the electrical run to it. Mark and crew came out and installed a 50-amp GFCI breaker and ran conduit along the side of the house to a disconnect near the tub. Looked way cleaner than I expected. Passed inspection and we were soaking that weekend.

Lightning Protection Install or Repair
We used Gridwise for a lighting install and I’m picky about finish details. Miguel did a nice job and the fixtures are straight, plates look clean, and nothing feels “patched.” They also helped us sort out switch groupings so it works in real life (not just on paper). They showed up when they said they would, and the place wasn’t left dusty afterward.

Electric Vehicle Charging Station Installation Service
Gridwise installed a hardwired Level 2 charger for us and it was refreshingly easy. We did a quick video inspection, got a clear estimate, and then they showed up on schedule and knocked it out. The wiring is clean, no mess left behind, and they took a minute to explain the configuration/settings so it made sense. After dealing with contractors who disappear or complicate everything, this felt efficient and professional. Would use them again.
