The experience was awful. The owner lacked professionalism and poor communication skills. Example: We agreed on a specific day and window time frame and there was a possibility of doing it a day early however he never called back to confirm or to indicated that we will stick with the agreed upon schedule. The date came the and the window time frame passed. I attempted to reach out to him and each time the voicemail indicated that it was not setup. When he did call over an hour after the time has passed he indicated that his Tech blade on the mowing broke and that he would have to do it himself. My window was between 1-3pm and I waited around until 5pm in order to run errands. I wasted a whole Saturday waiting around and he finally showed up around 5:30pm and I indicated to him that I was not at home and it started to rain. If he kept his scheduled he would have been able to service my lawn. I told him not to cut my lawn due to the rain and we never may plans for him to do it again. He did not suggest doing it another time and I didn't not inquire due to the lack of professionalism on his part. I'm very disappoint in HomeAdvisor as the screening process you indicated is done poorly in this case. I would not recommend anyone use this lawns ervice
