Legacy Pools FL

I hired Legacy Pools to pressure wash, seal the cracks in my pool deck, and repaint the pool deck. The "team" that arrived to do the job was one employee and his teenaged son. While the finished job is acceptable, there were other issues that Legacy Pools did not even bother to address with me when I brought them to their attention. 1. The teenaged son splattered large gobs of paint into the pool itself while painting around the pool, which of course, resulted in the pool water becoming cloudy. 2. They left empty Gatorade and water bottles in the yard and did not clean up after themselves when they left. 3. They carelessly painted the leaves of a Sago palm tree planted next to the deck. I did not notice these issues until they had left, but I did address them via an email to Legacy Pools. I waited several days to give them a chance to respond. No response, acknowledgment or apology was offered, hence the low rating and I'll never use them again.

Bret was fantastic! Legacy replaced my electric pool heater. The price was fair, they were kind and patient with my stupid questions and did a great job.

They ca.e out and ready grouped my pool. They were prompt, showed up on time, and finished the job. Even the supervisor came by to check the work out. Would use them again

Darren and legacy pools are there for you long after the project is complete. Iâ ve called for various items and always receive a call back with answers. We needed extra travertine a year after the project was complete and Darren was more that happy to help. Great customer service. 5 star +

Best experience one could expect. Matt came out to provide an estimate and make suggestion to make our pool and patio remodel brought up to a standard of excellence. All of Legacy’s people were on top of their game and provided top quality workmanship design and advice. All phone calls were answered or return calls were prompt and the pricing provided was very competitive! Any changes we made were priced as reasonable as the original bid. The pool and patio are gorgeous Thank you Matt !!
