Absolutely no customer service! My furnace was not even installed for two years before it started making a banging noise as it struggled for air. He came to evaluate it but left, and I never heard back from him. The back of the furnace is being held up by a case of mason jars! He mentioned putting in another vent because it was struggling to get proper air intake. Why would that be happening almost two years after owning a new furnace? I never heard from him again, and that was two weeks before Christmas. It is the beginning of February. I sent him an email and got no response. I would not hire or recommend him at all. Another company came in and happily serviced my furnace properly, and now we feel safe.
