Home Theater System or Media Center - Install
There was no question that not only did they know what they were doing, more importantly, they cared about getting everything right. There were some parts of the install that I thought would not be possible, but they worked it out so it looks and sounds great. Pricing was fair and was exactly as promised. Bernard and Brian were professional and very respectful of our concerns and after being finished, made sure things were right. These are true professionals.

They got the built-in sound system to work in my new house with little effort, so I'm pleased! I would have loved a little more communication from them, as I had to reach out to them between appointments because I hadn't heard back. However, overall, they were really easy to work with and got the job done, and even gave me some great smart home tips!

I was charged $155.00 that I paid in cash. The gentleman, Bernard was very pleasant and lowered the fan from 100 to 80... he may not have been aware that be that as it may, it really disappointed me in this five-star company. In attempting to contact Griffin, I left two messages for Joey to discuss this charge; however, he never responded. I hope that our TV is fixed. I will think long and hard and be sure to investigate the price before contracting Griffin.

Joey and Jim did an outstanding job installing a complex, heavy amateur radio antenna on my roof. The antenna is a new technology, SteppIR Urban Beam, which can change its internal shape electrically to cover a wide range of wave lengths, from 40 meters down to 6 meters. The job looked impossible, as the antenna weighs 46 pounds and is 31 feet long. It had to be disassembled on the ground, lifted to the roof, and very carefully reassembled. Complications included moving a previously installed antenna, installing a rotator under the new antenna, and trimming tree branches. Joey and Jim did the job safely and completely, and I am extremely pleased with the results. I would recommend them for complicated antenna installation requiring a great deal of technical understanding.

I hired Joey to run new telephone wires in a basement we were finishing and in an existing office upstairs. I also hired him to hard wire an ethernet network for my home. The job took much longer than he originally quoted because he spent so much time talking to the other contractors. Once he finished, some of the phone lines he installed did not work. A phone he wasn't supposed to even touch had also stopped working. He came back out and I asked him to fix both of those and recheck all the lines he installed. After he left I discovered there is still one line he installed that doesn't work. So, he did not check them all like I asked.

Joey called me to tell me he was running 15 to 20 minutes behind because of a previous job. He was on time after the phone call. Very courteous and professional. Was able to fix the issue with my speakers and wiring in about an hour. I would recommend Griffin Technology Services. I will use him again when the need arises.

Commercial Surveillance Camera Installation or Repair
The installation took a very long time because the system that was installed did not meet the needs of our business. Now the system doesn't work and I have emailed Joey he came out and looked at it said it was under warranty and he would replace the unit. Over a month later Joey doesn't respond to calls or email. I still do not have a system that works.
