Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they answered all our questions honestly. The cleanup was thorough, and the new roof looks fantastic. They educated me about what products I need to look into, to ensure I have the best roof to protect my family! They set the bar for expectation and let me know when they will be starting and what all will be going on during the process! The crew did a wonderful job keeping everything clean during the install and everything was cleaned up like nothing had happened. Will Griffin personally came out to my house in less than 30 minutes after I called due to my roof leaking. When he showed up, he was able to quickly identify the cause and do a temporary repair until he was able to properly fix the issue. And he even did it while it was raining! When given the estimate I knew to have him immediately put me on his schedule for ASAP! He informed me at first it may be a month until he was able to get a chance, but 2 days later he said he'd be there in less than 2 weeks. When his crew arrived in the morning they had everything done before noon. And everything looked amazing. Highly recommend for quality, and quick response.
