From start to finish the level of communication was perfect. Russ was understanding of what I wanted for my porch and instead of trying to sell me on something different, he helped me explore what options I had to make it look its best. We replaced my rotted wood columns and railings with fir columns and aluminum railings. The job was done quickly and the end result is PERFECT.
