I would not rehire him, I would not. He does not follow through on his work. I feel he over commits himself and does not allow himself the opportunity to address customer concerns. Adam was polite and had good manners but was not very time efficient. The quality of work has to be conducive of the outcome of the project. If I have an ineffective system, it does not matter how good it looks. The pricing was good but I do not have an effective system at this time. Since he came out to reslope the yard, my neighbor is now having issues with water standing in the yard next to the house on his property due to how this contractor resloped my yard.

"I visited with Ms. Sherrell upon receiving this review and walked her property to explain the work that was completed. The conclusion was made that the system is in fact working and I was asked to price a job for the neighbors home which is the route of the problem for the whole neighborhood resulting from a development issue. I enjoyed working with her and look forward to possibly working with her in the future."
