Grime Reaper Pressure Washing

"This review contains multiple materially inaccurate statements and leaves out important context. We were hired by the homeowner to remove an oil stain from an HOA-owned private roadway. Because the homeowner hired us to perform the work, we reasonably assumed she had obtained any necessary authorization. Had we known she did not have authorization to have work performed on the roadway, we would not have performed the service. We made multiple good-faith efforts to address her concerns afterward. She later contacted the HOA herself and told us she had been assessed a charge, which she demanded we pay. Despite our requests, she never provided the HOA notice, fine, invoice, photos, or any documentation allowing us to verify this charge. She then told us that if we did not pay her, she would post a negative review. We declined to make a payment in response to that threat, particularly for a charge she would not substantiate. We also need to directly correct one particularly concerning statement: the alleged communication from a family member who is an attorney never occurred. No such communication was made to this customer. We have retained documentation of our work and communications. We stand behind our work and our handling of this matter, but we cannot accept responsibility for undocumented charges or statements that are simply not accurate."
