"Mr. C, I'm a bit perplexed by your comments. Chris and I both spoke with you on several occasions. The delay on the delivery of some of your materials was due to increased product demand (from people doing Covid projects), slow deliveries from China, and Covid affecting delivery services. All of these things are out of our control. The nuts and screws you are referring to, are actually bolts and do not have nuts. They are not part of the design for your layout and are made for anchoring to the wall and not the ceiling. We came back out and spoke with you about this at which point you expressed your satisfaction with the products. We value your business and apologize for the delay in getting the equipment installed."
