Chris and his crew merged our kitchen/dining room / sun porch into one room - this was a large project that was on the back of a two story house . Although there were problems ( Covid and normal construction ) Chris and his crew worked though these and we now have a beautiful kitchen family room area. Team made floor remodeling according to plan, they explained the whole process before starting and went through it as expected without delays. The final product has great quality and makes the garage look great.

The team totally remodeled our garage: - Raised concrete floor - Built-out 3 new rooms (framing, sheetrock, baseboards, painting, doors) - Installed wood veneer floors - Installed electrical wiring, lights, power outlets, ceiling fans - Installed AC/heating ductwork, vents, and outside compressor The team was professional, hard-working, and experienced. A special shout-out to Chris, who turned our paper concept into a reality. He always made sure that we were informed about the timeline and what to expect. What we appreciate the most is his flexibility, knowledge, and excellent advice. The few neighbors we have shown the renovated space to, have been amazed at the results.

Hired for epoxy flooring and concrete work in the driveway. The epoxy flooring job was sub-par. They put too many flakes and not enough epoxy so the flakes were clumpy and coming up everywhere. When I called to have them come fix it, it took weeks to get them back out to fix the job. The concrete work was also subpar. Asked for a section of the driveway to be replaced due to cracks and asked that the replacement match the same design of the rest of the driveway. Not even close. Now I have a section of my driveway that just looks off. Very inefficient. There was a crew of 5-6 guys using hand tools and mixing concrete with bags and my water hose on the driveway like it was marble slab ice cream. Would have taken half the time with a jackhammer and a concrete truck to pour it. They left the Jobsite (my front yard and driveway) a complete mess. There was trash left behind, there were tiny blue and white paint flakes all over the place like confetti in my front drive, garden, and front yard. They did not even bother cleaning off the excess concrete mix from my driveway or the splattered concrete mix on my garage door and small chunks of concrete are now scattered all over my front yard. So now I have to look at this mess every day. Shortly after I had another contractor out for a separate job and he asked who did this and how much did they charge because it looks awful. I told him the cost and he said it was on the high end. If someone pays for a service, regardless of the service or size of the job, it should be done right the first time. If it is not, it should be fixed quickly and not dragged out to further inconvenience the customer.

Overall experience was just horrible. Lack of communication from start to finish. Contractors rush through the job once started. Nuts and screws were missing from installation. Truly not happy.

Their customer service was outstanding. Chris's professionalism, follow-up, and commitment to execute was awesome. It makes all the difference in the world.

Talk about a sub contractor that is with you every step of the way, both Ethan and Chris were exceptional individuals to work with. I was coming out of bad experience with a contractor that left my job in the middle, so I was very apprehensive about getting into it with another Sub. Shannon and Ethan approached me, and did everything in their powers to assure me, they are in this for the long haul. Ethan never, throughout the entire process pawned me off to someone else in his team, has exceptional service recovery skills, and worked with me directly thru the entire process. My pain points were HOA approval, and to no fault of Grips, they worked thru the months of constant haggling with my HOA. I would recommend these guys to anyone...an awesome experience.

Enjoyed working with Chris and his crew. Their attention to detail in my garage with odd angles and poorly placed breaker box and power source was appreciated! Very happy with their work and the outcome! Can finally get my truck in the garage and love having tools, tubs, bikes, etc...up off the ground.

I can t recommend this company. You have a to check behind them to make sure they do a good job and to make sure that they do things as you request. Edit: Later on in the job Garret remedied many of the issues. He was great to work with. Overall satisfied with the job.

The team was proffessional and very customer serive oriented. If you have an issue with service or product they are there to remedy the situation. But there work was proffessional.

I m so organized now with their help. The installation of the metal shelving makes my garage livable. The shelving is solid in the wall, and Grips organized the layout perfectly for me. It s worth hiring the professionals.
