"Customer asked for a quote over the phone and I informed her that I could get close maybe but I couldn't give her a firm price until I was on site. My tech did the cleaning. I base my price on the square foot of the room that is to be cleaned. There is always some discrepancy on my guestimate and the actual price of the work."
