Groovy Services

Groovy Home and Property Services (Parker Fields) was supposed to build a custom made pantry for me. Parker and another guy came to my home in the April 2026 timeframe and did measurements. After a phone conversation with Parker on May 1 I agreed to go with him for this project. He quoted a price of 4499.98. On May 5, 2026 I paid him a deposit of $2249.99 which was half of the cost. Within a couple of weeks Parker sent another guy to my house who spoke to my husband about the job. Then there was no communication for a couple of weeks. When Parker finally returned my call he said someone named Mike (yet another guy) would be doing the work and had started building the cabinet. Eventually Mike came to my house to take one of our cabinet doors to try to match the color. Between May 5th up until August 10th there have been several text messages and phone calls with both Parker and Mike where I am trying to find out when the work is going to start and nothing whatsoever has been done. I eventually had Mike return my cabinet door in August. Parker claims the work was handed off to Mike. But that is not my problem. I only have the receipt where I paid the deposit. No contract was ever signed. I have the invoice requesting down payment and the receipt from my bank where I paid the deposit on May 5, 2026. I have not taken any legal action yet but first wanted to let you know about this Pro. I have asked that he refund my deposit, but he claims that is not his problem because he handed the work off to someone else. There are no legal documents of that. I am also providing text messages of the back and forth from May 8 through August 10. I am also providing the documents that Parker from Groovy Services is referencing in his text message on Aug. 2, none of which has my signature or the signature of the person he claims he handed the work off to.

When the company showed up they were 2 hours late it was one person with his clippers he did an awful job I'm telling me you go ahead and leave and immediately contacted the company and you played about the services that were rendered. He has started cutting one bush then stopped only halfway cut it down and advised me that his saw gave out it was a very bad experience and a job was terrible.

Mike was very good at repairing my exterior trellis. He took his time and finished the project in his estimated time.

This company has exceptional service. Their team is made up of passionate individuals who work hard and I couldn’t thank them enough! Reggie is the team member who provided service for our home. He is personable and knows what he’s doing. He loves animals too, so you won’t have to worry about putting away your furry friends during the consultation or visit!

Very responsive. High quality work from Marcus. Only issue was the date of the work - used them for two projects, and both times the execution date was pushed 1-3 days from what was originally communicated.
