This company AND ESPECIALLY OWNER, Johanna, are incredible. She helped and did everything from layout of the entire level of our home to each and every finish, and everything in between. She created our dream home for us. She keeps the project moving on time, she listens and actually hears our vision, concerns, requests, budget and she makes it all happen. Her communication is top notch and she keept us informed on a timely and consistent basis. When renovating, we all know the unexpected comes up. Johanna’s problem solving is superb. She’s honest trustworthy and extremely talented. Her subcontracts are only the best. We were dreading all the horror stories you hear about general contracts. All worries were unnecessary. Our project with Johanna was actually very enjoyable and exciting. I will shout her praises and hire her again and again. In fact we’re planning a phase two in our Reno and no way I would even consider hiring anyone else for phase two. Don’t think twice. Call GPR.

She sits down with you to create a vision for your projects, creates a detailed estimate and time line. Johanna sticks to her timeline and budget while keeping the space clean. Johanna has built two closet systems for us refreshed a bathroom with new fixtures and we are working with her currently to build out our laundry room. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her on a bigger project as well.
