Mark did a great job. Explained what he was doing and why and did not mind my questions! I called on a Monday afternoon and he was able to come on Tuesday mid-morning. Did some extra inspections I requested and of course paid for and instilled great confidence in his work and the condition on both of my units. Used Precision in the past and won't use anyone else but Groulx in the future. Trust, customer service and fair price!

Was willing to make an appointment on a Saturday. Very professional. Showed up earlier than I expected, which was great. Honest about the issue, and "fixed" it instead of unnecessarily "replacing" it.

Mark was great, I had to call on Sunday for a leak and he came out and took care of it for me. I will be calling Mark again in the future. Very professional also.

Not pleased with his work. Mark is not true to anything he says, his Install was very disappointing, and shotty. He cut holes and left them opened, (but left a can of foam insulation so I could fill them in myself). I did not get my rebate from excel energy because he wasn't even a contractor to install, excel found a resolve for this and he did not follow through, he just decided that he was going to blow me off so I didn't get it because he didn't like the review I put on here. He said he'd fix the rebate issue and I have never heard back from him since. I would not recommend this company at all, unless I guess you just need your furnace dusted.

Mark was honorable. There were a few minor issues and everything was addressed to my satisfaction. He stands behind his work. I would hire him again.

My humidifier was incorrectly installed by C.A. Call Heating and Air Conditioning. The serviceman from Groulx patiently diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He did not try to sell me a new humidifier or extra parts. The price matched the quote and they were on time.

This Company is just AMAZING!!!! SUPERIOR work and OUTSTANDING PEOPLE. Extremely prompt. Haaven't seen such impressive service before. Can't say enough good about this company!!!!!

Mark was very professional and personable. Quick diagnosis (blower motor died) got new part and returned the next day for the repair which had a few unforeseen issues that Mark owned. Everything has been running smoothly since the repair.

Mark was very easy to work with. He called within 20 minutes of submitting the request through HomeAdvisor. He did a great job of explaining the details of the service and cost associated. It was easy to get on his schedule. He is very friendly and professional. He serviced the AC, furnace, and humidifier. He gave a full debrief of the service and his findings. He also gave recommendations on how to keep things working efficiently. The price was very reasonable. I received a quote from another company which was DOUBLE what Groulx charges.

Super happy he was able to get our A/C working again for just 200, it's ancient and will need replacing soon, but mark focused on getting us functional for the lowest cost

He was very friendly ad explained what he was doing when he was doing it. He worked around my work schedule as well. In addition, he wore boot covers to protect my flooring!

It wasn't a repair but to start it up for the season by cleaning it out, change the filters, and hook up the water. During the hosing out of the swamp cooler Mark also hosed out one of my gutters that was filled with leaves. I hired him to come back and finish cleaning out the gutters and to tar all the possible leak spots on the roof. There was a leak in the water supply to the swamp cooler that he also repaired. I will be calling him again to winterize the swamp cooler in Oct, and any other heating or cooling needs in the future. Highly satisfied.

Very good price, honest and reliable

He was almost an hour late for the first appointment. Was supposed to call that night or next morning to set up second appointment to finish work, but never did. I had to call him. I will say that he apologized and added a duration pump at no extra charge. Still, very unprofessional.

These guys are honest, professional, and at a better price then I expected. What I though was going to be a total replacement turn out to be a simple adjustment. When I do need an upgrade I will choose Groulx
