Ground Control

The lawn service was very consistent initially . As time went on they began to show up inconsistently. I understand weather plays a factor in when they perform their services. This is why I asked them to call first before arriving so that I can have the rear gate open or to tell them not to come because I was out of town or simply not at home. Eventually they began not showing up for my services and still charging me the bi-weekly fee for services I did not receive. When I called to ask when they would do my service they told me that they had to drop me as a customer because I was causing them problems because when they would show up , unannounced, without calling ahead no one was home to unlock my back gate. The gate would be open if you would be consistent with your scheduled services for my home but since that is an inconvenience to your company I am treated as if I'm asking for too much. No one stopped the workers from cutting the front yard but because the back gate is locked you decided not to cut the front yard which you have access to. Many times the workers would arrive as seen on my security cameras but never ring my doorbell or call/text to inform me they were at me residence. The final complaint I have is the constant damage the workers did on bottom level of boards surrounding my home. I had to constantly remind the workers not to damage my property with the lawnmowers and trimmers but it kept happening. Overall when the services were performed they did a great job with my lawn. Unfortunately the customer service, the rude attitude displayed when asking them to call prior to their arrival because of their inconsistency and the damage to my home is why I give this company a overall score of 3 stars.

Very professional and did a good Job. Job was done earlier and faster than expected.

They replaced two old sprinklers and added more to cover the rest of the yard. Very good work. The system is perfect and the crew was great to work with.
