while I was initially very impressed with the service and pricing after 6 to 7 months the wood floor began getting streaking in a number of spots.I used the water based for reasons of toxicity but the oil based would be more durable in my opinion.the initial service was prompt and friendly and looked great but over time i see streaking in the finish that looks like water marks (it is a second home and doesnt get much use)and I reached out for a possible solution but so far I havent heard anything for over 2 months about what could be done

On a scale from 1 to 10 I would rate the work an 8, the reason for this is because the area right in front of my refrigerator is not finished, I made several attempts to contact the contractor and had no response. Upon his completion of work we had established a date of 10/4 for him to do my stairs and he never showed. I made several attempts requesting the name of the company and color of the stain that he used and he never responded.

Brian was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable, was on time, and if he did get delayed he communicated it immediately. His work was also terrific, even going out of the way to take care of a few small issues that could of caused us a headache down the road. I would not hesitate to use him again.

If you are looking for a professional, Brian your man. The work was completed within the scope quoted and with out very much disruption. I had 128 sq ft of new flooring installed and 525 sq ft existing and he seamed it perfectly and stained matched

Fantastic Job !

I had Ground Force Restorations out to provide us an estimate for our project, and could not have been happier with that experience alone. There is something to be said about the owner of a business who is also the one performing the work!! Brian was very knowledgeable and informative from the very beginning as well as throughout the whole project. I would say it felt like a friend was working on our house as opposed to a contractor after the very first day. Brian did an excellent job matching the color of our floors to the existing hardwood and overall was great to work with!! My only regret is not hiring Brian from the very beginning!

Brian was very helpful as we were in a time crunch to refinish our floors. He finished the job on time as promised and the floors were great. He is very sincere and friendly. He did a fantastic job. We highly recommend him.

We hired Brian to refinish old floors and install some new flooring in each of the eight rooms in our home. The work was done in several segments over the past year. We are very pleased with the results. The floors look great. One aspect of the job that we were very impressed with is the lack of dust. We had heard stories from friends and family stating that they were cleaning dust for weeks after a flooring job. This was not the case with Brian. Brian is a very professional and pleasant person. He returns calls, comes when he says he will and cleans up each day. My husband had surgery and was not able to move furniture in preparation for the job. Brian took this as part of the service and we greatly appreciated this help. We have recommended his service to family and friends and would not hesitate to call him in the future.

He showed up when he said he would for the estimate and for the days he did the job. He was professional and easy to work with. The floors look great and we are happy with the results.

BRYAN WAS VERY PROMPT,PLEASANT, AND HELPFUL. HE DID A VERY NICE JOB ON OUR OLD NEGLECTED WOOD FLOORS. THEY NOW LOOK BEAUTIFUL.

Brian was OUTSTANDING!!! He was punctual, very clean, and extremely courteous. He was very thorough. Out of four contractors that looked at the floors he was the only one that went over every area that he would be replacing, exactly what would be happening to the floors, products he would be using, and how long he would complete the project in. He did work prep wise that the painters (which we had come in between the work he was doing) should have done. My husband and i are extremely pleased with our new floors and everyone that has come into our new apartment that saw the floors before Brian fixed them gives us complements

I cannot rate Brian highly enough! He's very easy to work with, returns calls promptly, and did a fabulous job. I would use him again in a second!
