A++++ ...I live in Black Diamond and always noted how professional, courteous and well equipped the Ground Services folks looked as they tended to my neighbors' lawns. So when I was in need of a company to handle mine -they were my first call. And my last. Let me tell you- I've never known another lawn company that is as prompt, professional, knowledgeable and thorough as Ground Services. And what is even more impressive is how the owner made me, although never having met me prior to my call, feel like I was his most important account - and like my lawn and not his profits were what was important. (prompt to return calls and emails, prompt service - and slow to invoice.) Maybe it's genuine or maybe it's just smart sales practice - but whatever it is, it works because I'm a loyal customer for life. I'll never shop them on price, because you can't Put a price on service like they give me. If you need a landscape company - look no further than Ground Services.
