"Never left the job undone. That's not what I do. NEVER. Mr. Steven is not saying how I treated mold in his basement that he told me the leak was already repaired. Mold returned and Mr. Steven told me it was the shower that was still leaking. He thinks he can fix his leaking shower with caulk. That's impossible. Mr. Steven wants me to treat the mold again and write a letter saying that work is done and won't return for his personal benefit. He's not concerned for the tenants in the rental property. He just wants to dump this problem on the next owner and wants me to be a part of it. I refuse to sign off on his project or help him with the return."
