Water Heater Installation and Replacement
The worker unplugged the WiFi module, looked it over, charged $200 there ya go. Need his help, absolutely, did not understand why the heater did not work, yes. Charge $200 for unplugging the WiFi wire, 15 minutes total time. Expensive education! Just do not feel like a winner yet, more like a? easy mark?.

Ground Zero provided great service. Katie in office was first contact, immediately put me in touch with Eric, technician. Even though am in Fairfax, Virginia, working with Ground Zero was not a problem. The installation could not be completed in one day because the unit they had to remove was very old. Ground Zero put in a Polar unit until they could complete the installation the next day. Ground Zero earned 5 stars on every facet of the process.

This company was simply amazing. From their customer service, to timeliness and quality of work. When my a/c went out, I initially contacted a company recommended through my home warranty. I was given the run around and no reasonable solution. Finally after a week with no a/c, I went on HomeAdivisor and found Ground Zero Plumbing & A/C. I called them and they came out to repair my unit the next day. We needed a part from the manufacturer and they were able to get it immediately. They followed through with every promise they made and were simply awesome to work with. I will be using Ground Zero Plumbing & A/C moving forward.

Our AC went out on a hot day and we contacted Kyle Gilson whom we knew through family. He came out promptly and took measurements for us. The AC went out the next day and we called them and they responded promptly and came out and installed a new unit the next day. Kyle was very professional and did an excellent job in the installation and we are extremely pleased with his work and very conscientious work ethic. We would highly recommend Kyle and his company.

I had a new home with a leaky refrigerator hose/valve and a busted anti siphon on the water line outside. Mike came out and was very helpful and informative of what needed to be done. He was able to take care of them without any return visits being necessary.

I requested quotes from 3 companies at the same time. Ground Zero called me back in 2hrs. The other called me today, 2 days later. Customer Service is excellent and service is quick and fantastic They have a great deal on a warranty for Heating & Plumbing for 9.99 a month through the end of May. The service tuneups (2) along are worth it. Thank you!
