Groundworks

Matt and Hayden did a phenomenal job! They arrived on Tuesday and worked all week, even coming on a Saturday (per our approval) and worked into the night. I was really appreciative of the consistent “yes ma’am, no ma’am” and just the pleasant attitudes of everyone on site. Any issues I had with my crawlspace prior and during the encapsulation and jacks being installed, were resolved until I was satisfied with the job. On one occasion, while pipes were being laid, Hayden helped me figure out why water kept going back into the crawlspace. I know it probably created more work to solve this but I am very appreciate. It allowed me to see where other flaws may be with our home drainage. I am truly grateful for all the work Matt and Hayden put into taking care of our home. Thank you guys!

Nikki was very personable and pleasant, explaining everything clearly and answering all of our questions in spite of all the interruptions.

Met with Patrick. He is very thorough and thoughtful regarding our specific situation on our garage. Provided great information, was not pushy, and was very educational.

Today my driveway lifting project was completed. I really have to give my sincere appreciation to my Salesman, Bobby, who went above and beyond his position in sales to make my experience with Groundworks very positive. "Thumbs up," Bobby you did an exceptional job! Then the crew that was on loan from Texas, Pasi and Robert A. followed up by doing a very professional and skillful job on excuting the driveway lift. I am very fortunate to have had these people from the beginning to the end of this project.

I signed contract back in October of 2025. I put a down payment. I waited for a start date. I finally heard 12/30/2025. I did not travel to see family over the holidays then. Nobody showed. I sent a message and Brandon gave me a list of excuses. I was then told the first week of February and that came and went. I called and canceled. I got my money back. Then 3/24/2026 I get a text that my job is scheduled for 3/30/2026. I called and I was told it was a mistake and it is canceled. Today 3/26/2026 I go outside and there are flags and paint lines everywhere. I was not contacted and someone accessed my yard without permission. I called 811 and was informed that Groundworks put in the request the day before. I have a dog with a doggie door. My gate was left undone. All I got was another sorry, it was a mistake. Watch out using this company.

My rep was Andrew Chupp, I just wanted to say he was very courteous and knowledgable. He answered all my questions in a very professional manner.

We had a challenging project with water removal and structural support issues. Our crew of Tim (Foreman), Marq, Jayshawn, and Devon worked diligently to install a new drainage system and support beam for the house, spending late nights to get the job done.
