About us
Ground Zero Property Services is a veteran-owned water damage mitigation company serving Coffee County and South Georgia. We handle water intrusion from burst pipes, appliance failures, roof and storm leaks, and supply-line breaks — from initial extraction through complete structural drying. We work to IICRC S500 standards, including proper water classification (Category 1, 2, or 3) and class of intrusion, so every job is scoped and dried right the first time. We use moisture metering to map affected materials, sub-surface extraction to pull water from carpet and pad, and commercial air movers and dehumidification to dry the structure to a documented dry standard — not just dry to the touch. Owner-operated, IICRC WRT certified, built on military discipline. We show up when we say we will, document the work, and don’t leave until the structure is dry.
