Their customer service needs improvement. They re-grouted my master bath and a second bathroom and the floors looked like new. However, now I'm seeing some spots that are coming through the new grout....not sure why. They did come to do the work on short notice, which I appreciated. They also said they would re-caulk my shower and not to use it for a week. The person doing the work told me he would be back the next Tuesday and never called or showed up. I called them to find out if they planned to return and didn't receive a call back. Very poor communication, hence customer service. Too bad since they seem to do pretty good work. References don't seem to be a concern for them

Professional, courteous & always prompt. Very easy to work with, & knew exactly how to fix our problem. I appreciated that he gave us two options to address our problem, one less expensive, one more expensive, & we chose the more expensive option, which we thought was a very reasonable price. His work looks very neat, & we're very happy with the job he did for us on our MB shower.
