We provide professional grout cleaning, color sealing, sealing, tile repair, and full caulking services for showers, backsplashes, floors, and other tiled areas. Our work includes addressing common issues such as cracked or missing grout, failing or deteriorated caulking, water intrusion concerns, settlement cracks, loose or damaged tiles, and heavily soiled or discolored grout lines. We focus on restoring existing tile and grout using proper preparation methods and professional-grade products to achieve clean, durable, and long-lasting results without the need for full replacement. Services include grout cleaning and sealing, grout color sealing, full shower and backsplash caulking, tile repairs, and restoration of worn or damaged tiled surfaces. Due to travel, preparation, and the level of detail in our work, a minimum service charge of $350 applies.
