Grout Lines USA did an extraordinary job on my floors. The grout lines were different colors, stained, and a true eyesore. For years I struggled finding someone to help me address the problem which says a lot when Ron stopped by and stepped up to the plate. He was one of three quotes which wasn't the cheapest, but definitely very reasonable. You get what you pay for, and I would have paid more. The wife and I are beyond impressed with the outcome, and we will definitely be recommending Ron and his team to our family and friends. Ron, the owner, is an easygoing guy and he walks you through the process from the beginning to the end. No surprises. You can tell the guy is experienced in speaking with him and seeing the end product. Thank you, Ron, and the GLUSA team for your help. My family really does appreciate it

Our cracked tiles were replaced as scheduled and the work was "top notch"; however, I was disappointed when we were charged extra for the mortor that we felt should have been included in their quote. They dyed and sealed the grout in our two bathrooms and that turned out great. The grout looks really good and clean. Everything was cleaned up when the job was completed.

They did a wonderful job. They were prompt at providing a quote and then scheduled the work within a few days. Very good craftsmanship and they cleaned up after they finished replacing the grout. I would definitely hire them again if we need this service in the future.

Grout Lines USA provided ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, from initial contact to scheduling to estimate to project completion. We had a small job (three severely cracked & "tented" porcelain floor tiles). The owner, Ron Martin, responded by giving us an in-home estimate and then scheduling a repair. Ron & his crew arrived as scheduled & completed the job flawlessly. Tiles were cut expertly and grout was installed perfectly. The crew cleaned up after finishing the job & Ron provided excellent advice regarding maintaining the replaced tile. Ron, his wife Connie (company contact & scheduler) & his crew are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
