Was very pleased this contractor --everything went well, and outcome was better than expected. They called after my posting, listened to my problems with ceramic tile walls of bathroom shower, described what they would do, and we made appointment. Day 1 they did all the work (removed old grout & caulk, sprayed to remove mildew, put in new grout & caulk) and left the shower looking like new. As instructed we waited 24 hours before using.

Mike is just really fantastic. He is really easy to deal with, straightforward, and does great work at a really reasonable price. I don't normally write reviews but Mike deserves all the praise you read in all these reviews. I wish all other house repair workers were this great.
