John is very knowledgeable about tile and grout restoration and clearly cares about doing things the right way. I have seen how much attention he puts into learning the best methods and tools for the job. Scheduling was easy. Gernard, the technician, was on time, efficient and made sure to work with me to select the right grout to match my existing tiles and grout. Pricing was great and I highly recommend this service and would use them again for any of my future tile needs.

We had the Grout Medic come out to our home to help clean our bathroom tile grout. My husband and I were so impressed with the job they did. The gentlemen that did our tile was meticulous and it looks the best it's every looked. We were very impressed with this company and would highly recommend them. We plan to have them back again to do our kitchenfloor. They seem to take great pride in their work and that's what makes all the difference.
