He just wasn't forthcoming with the real solution to make the work more permanent. I am not an expert so I was not aware that sealing the grout was necessary to keep the finish and he did not mention it to me. He also doesn't do caulking unless you ask him to. I had to hire someone else to get the job done

Charlie replaced the grout around my tub/shower as well as the bathroom floor last month and I am very happy with the results. My bathroom looks new again! Charlie explained the work that would be done during the estimation process. The job took 2 days, and he arrived on time each day. While he was working, he consulted me on and offered suggestions. I recommend Charlie to anyone looking to fix their grout and caulk!

I did not realize grout deteriates over time & gets dirty. Installers don't do anything else. Grout ReNew cleans & treats the grout with a bonding compound that prevents that from happening

On the appointed day to do the job, he arrived promptly and worked diligently. His work is careful and excellently done. We were very pleased with every aspect of his work. We highly recommend him.

Charlie was great. He was very professonal, neat, and provided an in writing job plan of the project. My bathroom floor looks like it did the day we built the house over 15 years ago! He scraped and regrouted the shower and floor. Then added the colorseal. What a difference!! We will be using Charlie again for our guest bath and our tiled kitchen floor. You won't go wrong hiring him. Can't recommend enough!!!

Charlie was professional and arrived on time. He provided an excellent cleaning to my tile grout in my shower as well as the shower floor and the bathroom floor. He explained the process and gave me a paper before he left to follow on simple cleaning directions. Charlie gave me a bottle of cleaning solution for my tiles and cleaned up before he left my home. He is coming back to clean my kitchen floor in the next two months. It does have a new look!
