Carter is amazing! Everything from response time, communication about project details, to pricing and timing. This is a very professional reliable pro. He went far and beyond to help us with out shower tile cleaning and grout replacement. He paid close attention to details and the results were astonishing. We have already hired him back to do more caulk work in the kitchen and will keep him in mind for any other grout/tile/caulk related jobs!

I had a really good experience working with Carter. It was easy to make an appointment and he was reliable in arriving on time. Carter and Garrison did excellent work, alerted me to both good and bad news, in which my shower could not be regrouted, but had to be given an epoxy coat between tiles. They also cleaned the grout on the floor next to the tub without me asking. The workmanship was excellent, and the project was finished in 3-1/2 hours. The guys even cleaned the tub until it sparkled! It's been three weeks and I still marvel at how beautiful my shower is.

I was genuinely impressed by Carter and Garrison; I especially loved when they broke out in a medley of country tunes, a little off-key on the song Country Roads. Must admit I had a momentary case of "Wow, this person is so not old." But then he told me how he came to own the business, his boss retired, the rest history. Honest, authentic, and just plain nice. As another person said, Carter and Garrison went far beyond what I was paying. I really appreciate the extra service.

Wow!! This is the first home run HomeAdvisor has done for me. Carter was personable, professional, polished in explaining all aspects of his work and on time doing much more than was asked and bid on by him! He went an extra 2 miles in my book. I have already recommended him to friends and would not hesitate to have him return for any other tile/grout work we may have. Honestly can not say enough about the fine work he did on our bathroom floor and shower. I guess I am forced to consider Home Advisor for other projects now. It is interesting that HA bugs me to no end when I do not want them to call or email me but when I have this great find for them I have to go out of my way to finally get this review up. I asked about this project months ago got 2 pro responses neither of which would even come out to look at it without a fee being involved. Waiting fortunately was great for us! Grout Save NW is FANTASTIC.

Absolutely fabulous work! Grout Save Northwest restored and cleaned/sealed the grout in multiple areas of my home as well as recaulking to insure that everything was as uniform and protected as possible. Not only was the work outstanding and completed in such a timely fashion (it looked completely brand new, even better than when we moved in), the customer service and care was absolutely above and beyond. He was very skilled, very professional and made sure to listen to our every need. He was also very thorough in communicating with us every step of the way to ensure that it looked just the way we wanted when his work was done. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for outstanding service at a great price, and I will be coming to Grout Save Northwest for all my future projects and needs.

Brilliant results. Hired him to restore and reseal all our damaged/stained grout in 4 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room and entry. Excellent results -look like new. Professional, cheerful, skilled, communicated every step of way, and cleaned up behind himself each day as if he had not been there. Would definitely recommend. Super job for excellent price!

They completely cleaned and grouted the tile in all 4 of my bathrooms, the laundry room, the kitchen, and the entryway. Everything looks great. They were great to work with. They communicated, met all schedules, were friendly, and very conscious of the way we wanted it to look and when we needed it to be completed. My house looks great.
