Jay was very professional, quick to respond and arrived on time for each appointment. Jay had great ideas on solutions to our issue. We hired GroutWorks to re-seal our master shower; Jay used high quality materials and finished the job in the time estimated. Prior to hiring Groutworks, we received a thorough email estimate showing all charges. We felt the job was reasonably priced. We appreciated the care and attention to detail and the short time between contract and actually getting the job done. We will definitely be recommending Jay/GroutWorks to family and friends.

When they were here, one of the crew members brought his exercise equipment, was on the phone in his car, locked himself in bathroom for 30 minutes. I called his boss and the boss came out a few days later and said they had some more work to do. I paid them and they never came back to finish the job.

They were very responsive to my call, immediately the owner called to set up an appointment. Within 8 hours of him leaving an email was sent to me with the bid. I accepted & in 72 hours later my work was completed and extremely well done. They also cleaned and removed all trash, u could not tell they had been in my home.

The workers were competent, well organized. They came in did the job, cleaned up and left. I was very happy with the results. Although this was a simple re-grout around the tub and clean all the tile, they did an excellent job. Would definitely consider hiring them again if I had a tile job.

The workers were very knowledgeable and fast. They did 2 bathrooms and the foyer in 3 hours. The final product looks great. I plan on having them do my kitchen in the near future.

They repaired grout in the bathroom. So far I have not noticed a problem. They were very professional and knowledgeable. It looks beautiful. I would certainly recommend.

Paul did a great job cleaning the tile that we had on the floor previously. Additionally he was able to repair all of the grout that we had around a tub. It looks like a different bathroom.

I hired them to clean and seal the grout on 2 floors which they did. A short while after the work was completed I kept noticing that even though the grout looked good the tiles themselves were always dirty and seemed dull. The edges of many of the tiles were gray looking. I contacted the owner of Grout Works and he sent one of the men who did the work to look at the floors. That fellow said �He had never seen anything like it� and would report it to the owner. I never heard from them again even though I left a couple of messages for the owner, Jay. I recently had someone else look at the floors to see if they could remediate the look of the tile. To make a long story short, without my giving him any back ground information he could see that work had been done on the tile and said that whatever product Grout Works used on the floors (I think it was TSP) had etched the tile and removed most of the finish. I hired him to clean (he does not use TSP) and refinish the tile. I would not use Grout Works again because they were unwilling to fix the problem and did not return my calls.

The work was professional "top notch" The employees were knowledgable and knew what had to be done. My bathroom tile had become stained and I tried to use grout bully to fix my grout problem and it just made it worst. They made the floor look like new and made my wife very very happy. Very reasonable cost for the work performed. I highly recommend.

Jay and his assistant were very professional, did an excellent job, and were very easy to communicate with. My floors look absolutely amazing....truly like brand new!
