Chris did exactly what we had discussed on the phone. He scheduled an appointment within the timeframe that worked for me. He was on time and started the work right away. Chris did an excellent job! His pricing is great. I am so glad I found him and you will be too.

Chris has repaired and replaced tile in my Master bath, and today in my guest bath. He s always done excellent work, kept me informed on work, replies promptly. Very pleased with his work.

Chris arrived to provide an estimate as scheduled. Chris did an excellent job. The kitchen tile floor was old, the tile is not manufactured now. Also, the grout had been discontinued. Chris was able to removed the loose tiles and save each tile. Those tiles were cleaned and replaced. Chris was also able to find an alternative grout. Chris finished this project as scheduled. Outstanding workmanship! Chris gave a fair and reasonable bid. When the job was finished it took less labor than estimated. Chris adjusted his final total cost which was much cheaper than the original bid. The adjustment was unexpected but much appreciated! I highly recommend Chris and we are again very pleased with HomeAdvisor!

This guy is a complete loose cannon , He done a small job for me on a Friday and completed it on Friday evening and I was out of town and when I returned on Monday I went to bank and got him a check for his work and between Friday evening and Monday I received well over 200 voice messages , Texts , gang Violence Threats and death threats and extremely vulgar comments and comments of what him and his gang members were going to do over the small bill of less that $400 He is extremely crazy and I would not want anyone else to have to go through what I did with him so PLEASE BE WARE !!!

Not only does he do good work. He pointed out that he could smell natural gas in our front porch as he enters the house. To make long story short,his acute sense of smell saved us . Gas company detected a gas leak. My husband was coming home from the hospital in 2 days, so Can t imagine what a nightmare that could have been. There was a reason somebody from up there made me decide to hire him. Thank you Chris.

This is a second review for the same service. I am selling my house so I need my tiles and grout to look like new. Chris came out and caulked all three bathrooms. It is partially my fault that I did not get a written estimate and then I did not do a close inspection of his work prior to paying him. He missed caulking places in two of the bathrooms. I can't find where he did anything to my grout. I called him about it and he said that they do not clean grout. That call was the first time I heard that a company with Grout in the title doesn't work on grout. We talked some more. He kept telling me that they don't clean grout. We came to an understanding that he would replace the grout if needed. He set an appointment for the next day that he would text me when he was on his way. I did not demand that he come the next day, he offered. He never showed up. The day after the missed appointment, I texted him and asked him if he forgot about our appointment. Chris responded that he was busy and found my estimate sheet and it doesn't say anything about grout cleaning (He never gave me a copy of the estimate sheet). This makes sense because as he said, they don't clean grout. And this is after me repeatedly telling him that I just was fine with him replacing the grout. I just want nice clean grout. He has lost all of my trust and I don't want someone that I can't trust in my home. I told him to forget about it and I would find someone else. I am now going to have to pay someone a second time for work that should have been done by Chris. Bottom line, he did a poor job. Did not fill my expectations at all, Made an appointment, did not show and did not bother to contact me that he wasn't coming until I contacted him the next day. I suspect that he decided that I was trying to get him to perform some free work. Clear communications between the contractor and customer would have avoided all of that. I certainly would have been willing to pay for any extra work. Instead, he chose to argue with me and not come back out as promised.

Chris came the next day to give us an estimate to repair our shower tiles. We chose him and we are so happy that we did. He done a wonderful job and are very pleased with his work. We do plan to hire him to do more work we need in the future.

Definitely would recommend, nice guy and great work! He sealed our grout in our new home. Good communication and fast turnaround time.

Make sure that you agree on what it is that he is going to be doing.

Shortly after Chris grouted my shower the grout started peeling up. He came back out to repair it but the grout continued to peel up. I would not hire Chris again.
