Just bought a home that needed some detailed cleaning and rehab on the tile. Only 5 years old but I don't think it had ever been cleaned professionally and some areas it really showed. Sir Grout is more than just a regular cleaning company. They do a very thorough detailed cleaning and also offer an additional grout painting and sealing service. We did choose this and found it so very worth the money. It is definitely on the pricey side but there are 2 people there for several hours detailing the floors so keep that in mind when pricing. For our money, it was much better to invest in this service and protecting our floors against future spills/staining than just a typical cleaning by another company. Really good results on all of our tile including the master shower!

Floors turned out great!! Better than I expected. Greg was very personable and the team was great as well. They arrived on time and started right away. They were patient while I tried to decide the color stain, not an easy choice, even gave suggestions. Which helped me to decide on the perfect color. I was hesitant to stain the grout a lighter color because of all the horror stories of it getting dirty and turning back to the nasty black color. So far the floors still look great and Greg was reassuring and told me they will wipe up very easily. Of course as long as I just use 1 tbsp vinegar and a gallon of water. :) Great decision!
